How will I know when my requested interlibrary loan items are available?

When material(s) are received, an email will be sent to your Emerson email address. Depending on the type of request, the email will 1) instruct you to pick up material(s) at the library's Service Desk, or 2) articles will be attached to the email as PDFs. You may also access articles in the ILL user portal.
