Can I donate my historical materials to the Archives & Special Collections?

The Archives & Special Collections gladly accepts historical materials which focus on the history of the College and/or subjects pertinent to the College's curriculum (for example: journalism, theater, communication disorders, and comedy). We accept both physical and digital records as well as objects from members of the Emerson community as well as the general public.
The archives staff is happy to speak with anyone interested in learning more about our donation process, including questions about physical transfer, copyright, access, and preservation. Please contact us at archives@emeson.edu or 617-824-8301 for more information.
Note: If you are a staff/faculty member, student organization, or affiliated group looking for information about transferring official college records to the Archives, please contact the records management team at records_management@emerson.edu.
