How to borrow materials like books and films

All students, staff, and faculty with a valid Emerson ID have full borrowing privileges at the Iwasaki Library. You can also borrow items from our consortia partners in the Fenway Library Organization

To borrow books, screenplays, DVDs, CDs, or any of our physical materials just bring the items to our Service Desk with you Emerson ID. If this is your first time borrowing items, you'll be asked to update your contact information. Students can borrow books for 28 days and circulating DVDs for 7 days.
